At its heart is the Narrativium system, created specifically for life on the Disc. Using the standard seven-dice polyset (d4 to d20), the rules are designed to stay out of the way whenever the story demands it. They're fast, flexible, and occasionally optional (much like many of Ankh-Morpork's civic regulations).
