Q. What if you don't have the item I want?

A. We'll order it in for you ASAP and let you know exactly when it's due to be dispatched. See stock information page for more information.

Q. Can I pick my models up in person if I am in a rush/want to save postage?

A. Of course you can! Please contact us beforehand though so we know you're coming/can arrange a time. If you are only able to come in the evening/other non office hours we may be able to sort something out. Please see our contact page for how to contact us.

Q. Where are you situated?

Q. I would like it if my models arrived painted...

A. Please contact Byron at Phoenix Studios. If you'd like to assemble your forces beforehand that is also a popular option, and Byron will offer a significant discount for the time saved.

Q. I like the paint scheme of a certain model on your site, how do I paint my model like that?

A. Head on over to our forum, register if you haven't already and take a look at the 'Website Paint Schemes' thread, if it's not already there make a post and Byron will reply as soon as possible with a step by step recipe.

Q. I want to talk about toy soldiers/painting/ mindrazor/my love of skimmed milk, where can I do this without being trolled to death?
